Short Interventions

Many housing providers run one off ‘Community Day’ type events. The values in the Social Value Bank are not well-suited to evidence the impacts for one-off events. However, an event or series of events (e.g. over summer or Easter holidays) may have an effect on outcomes such as ‘I feel belonging to this neighbourhood’ and ‘I regularly stop and talk with people in my neighbourhood’. To claim these outcomes based on a series of events, you still need to ask the relevant before and after survey question(s).
